About Us
Base Operations is a leading provider of risk intelligence solutions, leveraging AI and geospatial data to empower organizations with real-time security insights. We are seeking a part time (15 - 20 hours/week) Product Manager Intern – Growth to join our team from May to September 2025 and play a key role in expanding our reach, optimizing user engagement, and driving product-led growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Support Growth Strategy: Assist in identifying, testing, and optimizing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior, product usage, and market trends to inform product improvements.
- Experimentation & Onboarding Flows: Design and run experiments to improve key growth metrics, such as conversion rates and feature adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- User Research & Feedback: Gather insights from customers and stakeholders to refine the product experience and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product positioning and differentiation.
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, experimentation, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for scaling products and finding creative solutions to growth challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
